Privacy Policy

divcalc.xyz ("the site", "we") is a non-commercial fan-made calculator for Tom Clancy's The Division 2. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Build data (local only): the gear, weapons, talents you select are stored in your browser (localStorage). Never sent to our servers.
• Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, country, device, referrer). IP is anonymized.
• Advertising: if you accept cookies, Google AdSense may set cookies to serve personalized or contextual ads. See Google Ads Policy.
• Server logs: our hosting (Timeweb/Cloudflare if applicable) keeps standard access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security/abuse prevention.

We do not require accounts, do not collect names, emails, or payment data.

2. Cookies

We use a consent banner. Until you click Accept, no analytics or ad cookies are loaded (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

• Necessary: consent state in localStorage (no PII).
• Analytics: _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4).
• Advertising: Google AdSense cookies (e.g. __gads, __gpi, NID).

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you have the right to:

• GDPR (EU/UK): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, opt-out of sale/share, non-discrimination. We do not "sell" personal data; ad partners may "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising — opt out via the consent banner.
• 152-ФЗ (Russia): access, correction, deletion of personal data; consent withdrawal.

To exercise rights, email glukmalai@gmail.com (subject: "Privacy request"). Since we don't keep accounts, most requests resolve to clearing your browser's localStorage and opting out of cookies.

5. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Data retention

Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default). Ad cookies: per Google retention. Server logs: ≤30 days.

7. International transfers

Google services process data in the US under SCCs / DPF. Hosting is in EU/RU.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
