1. Nature of the site

divcalc.xyz is an unofficial, non-commercial fan-made calculator and reference for Tom Clancy's The Division 2. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment, Massive Entertainment, or any of their subsidiaries. All game names, logos, items, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. "As is" disclaimer

Game data (weapon stats, talents, gear bonuses) is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. Numbers are derived from datamined files and community testing and may become outdated after game patches (TUs, seasons, balance changes). We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served.
• Run automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers other than legitimate search engines respecting robots.txt.
• Republish bulk datasets (data.db, data/*.json, locales/*.json) without attribution and a link back.
• Use the site to harass, defraud, or violate any law.
• Interfere with the site's operation (DDoS, abuse, exploits).

4. User content

The site has no accounts and no public user content. Builds you create are stored only in your own browser.

5. Intellectual property

Calculator code, layout, original guides, and templates are © divcalc.xyz. Game-derived data (item names, stats, descriptions, icons) belongs to Ubisoft and is used under fair use / fan-content tolerance for non-commercial educational purposes.

6. Advertising

The site may display ads via Google AdSense. We don't endorse advertised products. Ad behavior is governed by Google's policies and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its authors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its data — including in-game outcomes, time loss, or build performance.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the user's place of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection law; otherwise, by general principles of fair use applicable to the operator's jurisdiction.
